Pine Tree Village
Pine Tree Village is a 55+ community made up of nearly 200 single family homes. The community prides itself on being active and social while keeping monthly fees low. Constructed throughout the 80s, the homes range from 2,203 to 3,050sqft. They feature 2 to 5 bedrooms, 2 or 2.5 bathrooms, and 2 car garages. Many homes are updated with open floorplans, vaulted ceilings, and outdoor seating. Some homes are situated around a series of ponds. The neighborhood is managed by P.T.V. Homeowners Association, Inc., which provides cable, lawn care, and a series of amenities. A social director schedules regular events and parties at the clubhouse, which also features a pool, tennis court, and bocce court. Pine Tree Village's HOA is a no-pet community, and does not allow leasing during the first two years of ownership. See below for a full list of vehicles restrictions, and a link to association documents and rules. Boynton Beach is a rapidly-growing part of South Florida. Residents have quick access to I-95 and the Tri-Rail, shopping at Boynton Beach Mall, Downtown Boynton, and Downtown Delray.  Â
