Pell Manor is a small 55+ community tucked into the heart of Hollywood. It is an excellent opportunity to live in the middle of everything South Florida has to offer, for a relatively affordable price. Residents can walk a few blocks to the center of the city's historic downtown district. Constructed in 1967, the building contains 19 condos across 2 floors. It uses external entryways instead of elevators, and provides shared laundry facilities, extra storage lockers, and parking for 1 passenger vehicle. All entrances face a lush, well-manicured community lawn and picnic area. Units range from 510 to 840sqft, with 1 or 2 bedroom options available. Most units have been updated with tile throughout, high-impact glass, and modern appliances. The community is managed by Pell Manor #3 Association Inc., which aims to keep dues low by keeping amenities to a minimum. Please note that this is a pet-free community, and leasing is only permitted once the unit has been owned for 2 years. If residents have a second vehicle, they must apply for a Hollywood city parking pass.
