Oakland Estates

Oakland Estates is a large community of condo buildings and detached single-family homes. All of its 8 condo buildings, and roughly half of its homes, are designated for 55+ residents. It is situated in Lauderdale Lakes, a small town between Oakland Park and Lauderhill. The beach is under 10 miles to the east, and there are multiple shopping malls within driving distance (including the renowned Sawgrass Mills). Daily shopping necessities are within walking distance, and multiple nightlife hubs are at your fingertips. Below, you will find links to each of the individual communities withing Oakland Estates. Each community has its own unique set of restrictions, financing requirements, and so forth. However, a portion of all communities' maintenance fees go toward the Master Association: Oakland Club, Inc. The Oakland Club is a central clubhouse that all residents enjoy, and boasts a highly active and sociable atmosphere. For commuting, Oakland Estates is under 6 miles from all major highways, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport is 12.5 miles to the east.
