Northtree is an all age community in Western Lake Worth comprised of single family homes, villas, and townhouses built between 1987 and 1998. The neighborhood is situated on a spring-fed lake that is home to a diverse array of wildlife. Residents enjoy fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and boating (sailboats, pontoon boats, and electric boats with less than 3 horsepower are permitted).  This active community also provides a community pool, tennis, basketball, and biking/jogging paths.  Northtree HOA allows up to 2 pets and leasing is permitted with association approval.  Located off of Jog Road near top-rated schools, entertainment, and a plethora of dining options.
