Mil Lake Estates is an all-age community of 258 villas and townhouses that were built between 1981 and 1988.  There are only two units per building and each residence offers a private fenced-in backyard for optimal privacy.  There are no garages, but the large driveways and guest parking lots provide ample parking.  The smallest floorplan features 921 square feet with two bedrooms.  The largest floorplan offers 2,052 total square feet with five bedrooms. There is a blend of owner-occupied residences, rentals, and timeshares in the neighborhood.  The HOA fees are low, ranging from $95 to $140 per month.  Located in Greenacres north of Lake Worth Rd and West of Military Trail.  Less than five miles to Downtown Lake Worth with a trendy art scene and a plethora of boutique shops, bars, and restaurants.
