Meadows of Crystal Lake

Meadows of Crystal Lakes is a 55+ community of detached single family homes in the center of Deerfield Beach. Constructed in the late 70s, it is made up of nearly 400 residences. Most homes boast spacious Florida Rooms, and have been updated with open floor plans, modern design styles/appliances, and impact glass. Ranging from 1,599 to 2,000sqft, there are 2 and 3 bedroom options, and all homes have an attached 1 or 2 car garage. At the center of the community is a large lake, and the community clubhouse. It is managed by The Association of the Meadows of Crystal Lake, Inc., which provides lawn care, water/sewer, trash removal, and amenities. The clubhouse is active, with regularly scheduled specialty club meetings and events. Residents enjoy attending a game of bingo, sunbathing next to the pool, playing a round of tennis or shuffleboard, or relaxing in the sauna after a workout in the exercise room. Motorcycles are permitted, and some (but not all) non-passenger vehicles are allowed if garaged. Deerfield Beach is halfway between the nightlife hubs of Fort Lauderdale and Delray Beach. Residents also enjoy local waterfront recreation at hotspots such as Deerfield Beach Island Park and Deerfield Beach International Pier.
