Malvern

Malvern is a gated 55+ community made up of single-story attached villas. It is one of the 13 unique neighborhoods that make up Kings Point of Tamarac, one of the largest active adult communities in South Florida. Constructed in the mid-90s, there are 110 homes in total. Units range from 1,729 to 3,853sqft, and feature 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with jacuzzi tubs), dens, in-unit laundry/storage, screened outdoor seating, and 1-car garages. Monthly association fees provide cable, maintenance of common grounds, security, a heated satellite pool/jacuzzi, and access to King's Point renowned set of resort-style amenities.
