Landings East is a waterfront 55+ community located in North Palm Beach. Constructed in 1968, it is comprised of 36 condos inside a four-story complex. The building features outdoor catwalks, elevators, shared laundry facilities, and extra storage cages. Buyers have a choice between 1 bedroom/1 bathroom floorplans, and 2 bedroom/2 bathroom floorplans (874 or 1,162sqft, respectively). Most units have gorgeous views of the intercoastal waterway. The building is managed by Landings East Condominium Association, Inc. in care of Association Management of the Palm Beaches, which provides cable, building maintenance, insurance/property tax coverage, pest control, an outdoor pool, fishing piers, and more. The Association does not allow pets, and provides assigned parking for one vehicle. A second vehicle may use guest parking. See below for more detailed rules and regulations. Landings East does not offer its own dock, but is near North Palm Beach Marina and golfers have easy access to public golf at North Palm Beach Country Club. It is a little over 3 miles from public beach access, and the expansive MacArthur Beach State Park. Nearby to the north are the full range of shopping necessities including The Gardens Mall, and residents are only a few miles from both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.
