The Isles of Tamarac (otherwise known as Westwood Community 7) is a 55+ community made up of nearly 300 single family homes, built around two small ponds. It is a perfect option for buyers looking for low HOA dues and minimal association interference. Homes range from 1,354 to 3,230sqft, and most have 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 or 3 bathrooms, 1 or 2-car garages, and open green yards.
