It is a perfect option for buyers looking for low HOA dues and minimal association interference. Homes range from 1,354 to 3,230sqft, and most have 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 or 3 bathrooms, 1 or 2-car garages, and open green yards. Many homes have been updated with vaulted ceilings, open floorplans, granite countertops, and outdoor seating.
