Huntington Lakes is an active, secure 55+ community making up the northern side of the Villages of Oriole. Constructed throughout the 80s, it’s comprised of a series of condo buildings, with nearly 1,800 homes in total. Buyers can choose between either 4-story, or 8-story buildings, each containing elevators, outdoor walkways, and one assigned parking space per unit. Units are either 1 or 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and feature eat-in kitchens, in-unit laundry, large screened patios. Many homes have waterfront views. The community is broken into five sections, each with its own satellite pool. All sections operate under Huntington Lakes, Inc., which prides itself on its round-the-clock roaming security and manned gatehouse, and its top-of-the-line resort-style amenities. Residents gather in the 50,000 sqft. clubhouse for live entertainment, professional fitness coaching, frequent specialty events and club meetings, and more. The Villages of Oriole also provides bus stops and free shuttle services for all residents. Outside the gates, residents have easy access to the Florida Turnpike, I-95, and the Tri-Rail/Brightline train systems. Downtown Delray is a thriving hub for fine dining, shopping, and entertainment.
