Hillsboro Cove is a waterfront 55+ community in Deerfield Park. It is an excellent option for boating enthusiasts, offering a common dock with boats slips for rent, and easy access to the nearby Deerfield Island Park. Built on 21 acres of beautifully manicured grounds, it is made up of 3 condo buildings, with 318 units in total. The building utilizes outdoor catwalks, elevators, and shared laundry facilities. Units range from 764 to 1,836sqft, and feature 1 to 3 bedrooms, 1 to 3 bathrooms, and large balconies overlooking one of the city's beautiful canals. Most units have been updated to feature open concept floor plans, and high-impact glass. The community is managed by Hillsboro Cove Condominium Association, Inc., which provides cable, maintenance, and covered carport parking for one vehicle.
