Greenway Village South is a 55+ community made up of multi-unit condo buildings and a clubhouse. Constructed in the early 70s, there are 26 buildings, with 330 units in total. Building feature outdoor walkways, laundry facilities, extra storage space, and one assigned parking space per unit. Homes range from 600 to 1,088 square feet, and feature 1 to 3 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms, and screened patios. The community is split into 4 sections, each with its own association and satellite pool.
