Greentree Villas is a 55+ community filled with 650 duplex-style villas. Each residence offers a 1,400 square foot floorplan with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a screen-enclosed patio, and a one-car garage. Every section of the community offers a separate clubhouse and swimming pool. The HOA does not allow pets. Leasing is permitted after two years of ownership. Financed purchases require 25% down. Great Boynton Beach location off of Boynton Beach Blvd and Military Trail near shopping, dining, entertainment, and major freeways.
