Fisherman’s Landing

Fisherman's Landing is a riverside 55+ community located in the heart of Jupiter. Constructed in the early 70s, there are 175 homes in total. Homes are in single-story attached villas, and feature spacious lawns, plenty of driveway space, and the riverfront homes feature private docks. Homes themselves range from 875 to 1,767sqft. and feature 2 bedrooms, 1 to 3 bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and Florida rooms. The community is governed by Fisherman's Landing Adult Community, Inc., which strives to keep dues low. They provide a boat ramp, and a small clubhouse with a picnic area and shuffleboard courts. The association allows two small, non-aggressive pets, and leasing after one year of ownership. Watercraft must not be longer than 25ft, there is ocean access via navigable fixed bridges. See below for further vehicle restrictions. Jupiter itself is a quickly-growing hub in South Florida, with numerous options in the way of restaurants, nature, and outdoor recreation. Jupiter Beach Park, Blowing Rocks Preserve, and public beach access are all right down the road. For commuting, both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike are a few miles to the west.
