Fillmore Condo is a small 55+ community in the heart of Hollywood. It presents an affordable opportunity to live in the heart of all types of South Florida excitement. The building was constructed in 1971. Its “U”-shape design creates a quaint interior courtyard outfitted with round stone picnic tables. There are 30 condos across 4 stories. Each floor has its own laundry facilities, and each unit is granted 1 assigned parking space. Units range from 696 to 892sqft, with each featuring a lovely balcony. The community is managed by Fillmore Condominium Apartments, Inc., which aims to keep dues low by keeping amenities to a minimum. The community is pet-free and does not allow leasing of units.
