Fairways Royale is a 55+ condo community in northern Hallandale Beach. It is made up of three buildings that all overlook the community grounds and neighboring golf course. Once leaving the grounds, residents find themselves surrounded by premier South Florida dining, shopping, gambling, and entertainment. Best of all, sunny beaches are under 2 miles away. Constructed in the late 60s, it is made up of 184 units, ranging from 726 to 1,027sqft. The building utilizes outdoor entryways, elevators, and shared laundry facilities. Most units have been updated with high-impact windows/doors, and modern open floorplans. They feature eat-in kitchens, extra storage, and spacious balconies. The building is managed by Fairways Royale Association Inc., which provides cable, maintenance, parking, and a series of amenities. Residents enjoy lounging at the pool or getting a rigorous workout in at the community clubhouse. The association does not allow pets, or leasing during the first two years of ownership. One assigned parking space is provided, with commercial vehicles and RVs prohibited. Hallandale Beach is ideally situated in between Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
