Residents have easy access to pristine nature preserves, houses of worship, professional golf courses, and top-notch outlet shopping at Sawgrass Mills. Constructed throughout the 70s, there are 204 homes in total. 1 Bedroom units are 800sqft, and 2 bedroom units are 1,170sqft. Units feature eat-in kitchens, laundry hookups, and screened balconies. The community is managed by Tamarac of Fairways Association, Inc., which provides cable, maintenance, building insurance, and a community clubhouse and pool. The association does not allow pets or non-passenger vehicles. Please note that residents pay the first year of association dues as a deposit, and monthly payments are withdrawn from your deposit. The community is only a few miles from both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, 18 miles from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, and under 15 miles to the beach.
