Exeter is a gated 55+ community made up of 2-story coach buildings. It is one of the 13 unique neighborhoods that make up Kings Point of Tamarac, one of the largest active adult communities in South Florida. Constructed in the late 90s, there are 232 homes in total. Units range from 1,692 to 2,016sqft, and feature 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, in-unit laundry/storage, screened outdoor seating, and 1 or 2-car garages. Monthly association fees provide cable, maintenance of common grounds, security, a heated satellite pool, and access to King's Point renowned set of resort-style amenities.
