Evergreen

Evergreen is a small 55+ community within the Villages of Oriole. It is made up of 11 two-story condo buildings. Constructed in 1984, there are 88 units in total. Buildings feature outdoor walkways, no elevators, and one assigned parking space per unit. Units are 915 sqft, and feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious screen patios, and open concept kitchens. The community is governed by Evergreen 1 of the Villages of Oriole Association, Inc. They provide security, upkeep, and a heated community pool. Dues also include a full membership to the nearby Huntington Lakes club and all of its amenities. The Association does not allow pets, or leasing during the first year of ownership. The Villages of Oriole provides bus stops and free shuttles for all communities. Situated in western Delray Beach, residents have easy access to the Florida Turnpike, I-95, and the Tri-Rail/Brightline train systems. Delray Marketplace provides boutique shopping and upscale dining. A few miles to the east, Downtown Delray is a premier hub for South Florida entertainment.
