Enclave at Westchester

Enclave is a micro-community within Westchester Country Club HOA community in Boynton Beach FL.  The entire country club home association is spread out over several 9 hole golf courses designed by Karl Litten.  Over 1,000 homes in the total community, 1997- 2010 Enclave accounts for 35 mixed design homes, each with 3-4 bedrooms, 2-5 baths, and ranging between 2,430 and 9,872 in total square footage.  Conception began in the mid-1990s, and although Westchester Country Club golf courses & communities are over 3 decades old, the special attention to upkeep and updates makes it feel like new.  There are no mandatory membership Enclave residents. Westchester Country club is a top-notch public golf club in the area.  The entire Westchester community is a particularly ideal area for golfers, families, retirees, young professionals, and investors, as each section has something wonderfully different to offer.  The club is close in proximity to I-95, the turnpike, the beach, restaurants, and shopping.
