Deauville

Deauville is a 55+ community within the Villages of Oriole, situated in western Delray Beach. Constructed in the late seventies, it is made up of 14 condo buildings. 6 of them are four-story buildings with elevators, and 8 are two-story buildings without elevators. Units feature 1 or 2 bedrooms, outdoor walkways, large terraces, eat-in kitchens, and in-unit laundry machines. Each unit is assigned one parking space, with additional guest parking available. Deauville Village Condominium Association Inc oversees the community's maintenance, provides security, and manages a series of amenities, including a clubhouse, various special interest clubs and parties, an outdoor pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and a free shuttle system. The Association does not allow pets, motorcycles, vans, pick-up trucks, nor commercial/recreational vehicles (some exemptions listed below). Deauville is conveniently located near I-95, the Florida Turnpike, the Tri-Rail System, and an endless supply of South Florida excitement in Downtown Delray.
