Crosley

Crosley Villas is a 55+ community located within the Cresthaven neighborhood, situated on the southern border of West Palm Beach. It is made up of 7 clusters of attached villa buildings, Each cluster elects a representative to sit on the board of the Crosley Master Association. Units range from 612 to 895 square feet, and feature a mix of 1 to 2 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms, screened patios, shared yard space, and assigned parking. Laundry facilities are available. The association does not allow pets, commercial/recreational vehicles, or motorcycles. They allow two vehicles per unit, and leasing after two years of ownership. In the center of the community is an active clubhouse featuring a billiard room, wood shop, card room, library, and more. Outside is a large saltwater pool, saunas, and shuffleboard courts. There are also sidewalks throughout the community. Crosley Villas are near I-95, the Florida Turnpike, the Tri-Rail/Brightline train systems, and the Palm Beach International Airport. Residents have access to a broad range of entertainment options between the upscale West Palm Beach, and the more relaxed and artistic Downtown Lake Worth.
