Coronet Hills is a quaint 55+ refuge in the middle of downtown Hollywood. It is a simple condo building that is an excellent option for snowbirds that wish to be surrounded by South Florida excitement. Residents can easily bike to the beach, and are within walking distance of the city’s historic strip of restaurants and shopping. Anne Kolb Nature Center offers a serene escape into nature, and Gulfstream Park brings the thrills of gambling and racing. The building is constructed in a “U”-shape, so that all 27 units surround the community pool. The building utilizes outdoor entryways instead of elevators, and offers shared laundry facilities. Most units have been outfitted with impact glass and modern appliances, with 1 or 2 bedroom floorplans available. The community is managed by Coronet Hills Condominium Association, Inc., which boasts fairly low maintenance fees, provides ground maintenance, and offers 1 assigned parking space per unit. The association does not allow pets or rentals, and places heavy restrictions on non-passenger vehicles. The city of Hollywood is ideally situated between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, which are easy to explore via the nearby Tri-Rail station and I-95 on-ramp. For air travel, Fort Lauderdale International Airport is only 6 miles to the north.
