    • Capital Contribution of $1,000 to Coral Coves Association and $1,000 to Coral Lakes Master Association (one time fee at closing to build up reserves)

    • Leasing is permitted one time per year. The minimum lease term is six months.
    • No trucks, commercial vehicles, boats, trailers or RVs
  • Crystal Pointe Condominium Association
