Concord Village is a series of condo buildings in western Tamarac. Constructed in the early 80s, it is made up of fourteen 3-story buildings, all bordering the beautiful Colony West Golf Club. All buildings except for two are designated for 55+ residents, most are pet-free, and they offer elevators, outdoor walkways, and common laundry facilities. Units range from 839 to 1,040 SqFt, and feature 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1.5 or 2 bathrooms, and relaxing screened balconies with views of the pool, garden, or golf course. Each building has its own unique condo association. Monthly dues are divided between the micro associations and the master association, Concord Village Recreation Association. These dues cover cable, maintenance, insurance, and a series of clubhouses, pools, shuffleboard courts, and more. Concord Village offers easy access to pristine nature preserves, houses of worship, and top-notch outlet shopping at Sawgrass Mills. The Florida Turnpike is only a few miles away, and Downtown Fort Lauderdale is a little over 10 miles to the east.
