Concept Homes of Lantana subdivision, including Atlantic Lakes and Blue Pine Estates, is a 1979-1984 all-age community located in west Lake Worth Beach, Florida.  The neighborhood is comprised of 576 adorable ranch styled homes with 2-4 bedrooms, 1-3 baths, running up to 3,228 in total square feet.  There are pool homes with pleasant outdoor spaces, fenced backyards, fruit trees, and covered patios.  There are homes with large backyards, open for tailored improvements.  This neighborhood is great for families and young professionals, as the homeowners association dues are exceptionally low.  Residents enjoy the location, close to I-95, highly regarded schools, and the beach.  The neighborhood is a hop skip and a jump to delightful restaurants such as Great Eats Cafe, fresh fruits and vegetables at Rorabeck's Plants & Produce Inc., and fantastic local parks such as John Prince.
