Colony Terrace

Colony Terrace is a 55+ community made up of three small condo buildings in Northern Fort Lauderdale. Constructed in the early 60s, there are 72 units in total. Residents are conveniently located between I-95 and the Intercoastal Waterway. Buildings utilize outdoor walkways and common laundry facilities. Units range from 600 to 700sqft, with both 1 and 2 bedrooms floorplans available. Most homes have been updated with open concept kitchens and impact glass. The community is managed by the Colony Terrace Corporation via TMG Property Management, which keeps monthly dues fairly low. Dues cover property maintenance, assigned parking for one vehicle, and access to the community pool/picnic area. The association does not allow pets or non-passenger vehicles, and all leases must receive the board's approval. Colony Terrace sits on the border of Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach. Residents enjoy the active strip of restaurants at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, or beach days near Anglins Fishing Pier. I-95 is also right down the road, which allows easy access to the rest of South Florida's premier entertainment.
