Coastal Garden Condo is a small 55+ condo building in Hallandale Beach. It offers a unique, affordable opportunity to live in Golden Isles, a prestigious gated community of luxury homes. Once they leave the gates, residents have easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and gambling/racing at Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino. Constructed in 1971, building contains 38 units across 2 stories. The building utilized outdoor walkways and shared laundry facilities, but there are no elevators.
