Century Village West Palm Beach

Century Village West Palm Beach is a large gated 55+ community located in West Palm Beach. It is the largest of the four Century Villages located across South Florida. Construction began in 1968, and now it is made up of 309 condo buildings and over 7,800 units in total. Each building has its own unique owner's association with its own unique set of rules, regulations, and management companies. Buildings range from from 2 to 4 stories, and square footage ranges from 615 to 1,492. Two-story buildings do not contain elevators, and all buildings utilize shared laundry facilities. Units feature one assigned parking space (guest parking available), 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms, and a screened patio/balcony. As a Census Designated Place, Century Village West Palm Beach aims to be a full-service community, providing a staggering range of amenities and functional services that give residents little reason to need to leave its borders. This includes a massive 2-acre clubhouse, a 1,221-seat theater with frequent live entertainment, round-the-clock security, health club with active class schedules, on-site medical building and pharmacy, salon, synagogue, bus stops and shuttle system, dozens of satellite pools and tennis courts, jogging paths, sailboat rentals in its large central lake, and much more.
