Camino Woods is a 55 and over community of 100 single-family homes in central Boca Raton. These homes were built with CBS construction between 1979 and 1981 with a ranch architectural design. Common home features include an open floorplan, vaulted ceilings, an updated kitchen, large living rooms with a dining area and double sliders, spacious bedrooms, a laundry room, a two-car garage, and a screen-enclosed patio. The Camino Woods Association allows up to two pets. Leasing is prohibited. The monthly maintenance fee is approx. $330 per month which covers cable, lawn care, exterior painting, pressure washing the roof, common areas, and recreational facilities. Residents enjoy a clubhouse with a community room, a swimming pool, and a hot tub. Conveniently located near Town Center at Boca Raton and Boca Raton Regional Hospital.
