Broadview Condo

Broadview Condo is a waterfront 55+ community in Tequesta. The community sits on the western bank of the Intercoastal Waterway, and is great for nature and water lovers alike. Constructed in 1976, it is comprised of three 5-story condo buildings surrounding a small pond. Buildings feature outdoor walkways, elevators, and extra storage rooms. Homes are approximately 1,200sqft, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They feature open floorplans, impact glass, and large balconies with sliding doors. The community is managed by Broadview Condominium Association, Inc., which provides cable, maintenance, building insurance, and more (see below). The also provide a range of amenities including a clubhouse, pool, walking paths, streetlights, shuffleboard, and a fishing pier. The association does not allow pets. Two passenger vehicles are permitted per unit, with additional guest parking available. Situated in the northern tip of Palm Beach County and South Florida itself, Broadview Condo is a peaceful refuge in comparison to most 55+ communities in the area. Residents are surrounded by pristine nature reserves, state parks, and easy ocean access (Jonathan Dickinson State Park, Blowing Rocks Preserve, Jupiter Beach Park). To the south is plenty of shopping, restaurants, and easy commuting via I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.
