Briarwood Club is a lush 55+ community in the heart of Coral Springs. It is in a rapidly developing area of South Florida, with many upcoming downtown development projects. Constructed in the early 70s, it is made up of 64 condos across 2, four-story buildings. The buildings offer outdoor entryways, elevators, laundry facilities, and a lovely peaceful lawn with walking paths. Most units have been updated to feature modern open floorplans, appliances, and high-impact glass. Total square footage ranges from 906 to 1,196, with 1 and 2 bedroom options available, and all units feature a breezy screened balcony. The community is managed by two separate associations (Briarwood I & II), which offers maintenance of grounds, a beautiful clubhouse, pool, shuffleboard courts, and more. 1 Assigned parking space is provided per unit, with guest parking available for a second vehicle. Briarwood offers a Senior Ride service, providing easy access to local dining, shopping, and entertainment. Highway travel on the Florida Turnpike is only 5 miles to the east.
