Bonaire Village
Bonaire Village is a 55+ community located within the Villages of Oriole in western Delray Beach. The neighborhood is a mixture of multi-unit condo buildings, and single-story detached villas. Condo buildings are either 3 or 7 stories tall, and there are 385 homes in total. The neighborhood was constructed throughout the 70s, and units range from 765 to 1,145 square feet. Condo buildings feature elevators, outdoor walkways, laundry facilities, and patios/balconies with lake views. Villas feature attached garages, and spacious patios with separate screened areas. The village is managed by Bonaire Village Condominium Association, Inc., which manages the buildings' appearance, and provides a recreational area with clubhouse, fitness room, pool, shuffleboard, walking paths, and more. The association does not allow pets, and leasing is not permitted during the first two years of ownership. Bonaire Village provides ease of transportation, with bus service passing through and quick access to the Florida Turnpike, I-95, and the Tri-Rail train system. Western Delray Beach is surrounded by beautiful wetlands, and boutique shopping at the newly-constructed Delray Marketplace. A few miles down the road, residents enjoy all the excitement of Downtown Delray.
