Barkley Villas is a 55+ community located within the Cresthaven neighborhood, and is situated on the southern border of West Palm Beach. It is a made up of 6 clusters of attached villa buildings. Each cluster elects a representative to sit on the board of the Barkley Master Association. Units range from 612 to 895 square feet, and feature a mix of 1 to 2 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms, assigned parking, shared yard space, and screened patios. Laundry facilities are available. The association only allows caged birds or fish in tanks, and does not allow leasing during the first two years of ownership. Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, and motorcycles are prohibited. In the center of the community is an active clubhouse complete with library, business center, community room, billiard/game room, and fitness center. There is a large pool and shuffleboard courts available, along with sidewalks throughout. Barkley Villas is near I-95, the Florida Turnpike, the Brightline/Tri-Rail train systems, and the Palm Beach International Airport. Residents have a broad range of entertainment options available between the upscale West Palm Beach, and artistic Downtown Lake Worth.
